Full Automatic 2000KGH Dehydrated Ginger Slice Production Line

Full Automatic 2000KGH Dehydrated Ginger Slice Production Line is used to make dehydrated ginger slice from fresh ginger. It mainly include ginger earth removing cleaning machine, ginger breaking machine, ginger washing peeling machine, ginger stone removing machine, ginger slice cutting machine, ginger slice washing machine, ginger slice centrifugal type water dehydrator machine and multi-layer mesh belt dryer oven.

1. Ginger Earth Removing Cleaning Machine

Automatic Ginger Earth Cleaning Removing Machine is used to remove the earth on the ginger surface by rotary moving. During rotary, the ginger will touch with each other, the surface ginger will removed and the earth will leak from the hole of screen. It is designed for garlic bulb which is with many earth.  After removing the earth, it will be good for the following garlic breaking, garlic peeling processing.

2. Ginger Breaking Machine

Automatic Ginger Separator Machine is used to separate ginger into single stick piece. It adopt rubber roller to separating the ginger which is high capacity and not damage the ginger.

3. Ginger Washing Peeling Machine

For Ginger Washing Peeling Machine. We have two design.

1) One is brush type ginger washing peeling machine. It need to match with the ginger separating machine

Full Automatic Screw Feeding Ginger Washing Peeling Machine is used to wash and peel ginger.  It is special design with screw feeding structure, which make it realize full automatic working. Full Automatic Screw Feeding Ginger Washing Peeling Machine can be used for cleaning, washing and peeling stem, root vegetables and fruits, such as potatos,carrot,sweetpotato,ginger,radish, taro, kiwi fruit,cassava root-stock materials,Areca Seed,Betelnuttetc. Machine design is reasonable and easy to keep clean. This large capacity ginger washing peeling machine is connected by two different height brush type washing peeling machine to realize high capacity.

2) We also have abrasive drum type ginger washing peeling machine, it include ginger separating function in the machine.  

Large Capacity Drum Type Ginger Washing Peeling Machine adopt drum type design for ginger peeling. There are mixer in the drum.  During working, we put ginger into the drum and inject water into the drum, the ginger will be washing and peeled in the drum.

4. Ginger Stone Removing Type Elevator

Automatic Ginger Elevator with Stone Removing Function is used to remove stone mixed with ginger and connect to following ginger slice cutting machine. After remove the stone in fresh ginger, we can protect the ginger cutting blade during cutting.

5. Large Capacity Ginger Slicing Machine

Automatic Ginger Slicing Cutting Machine is used to cut ginger into slice pieces full automatically. This machine realizes no-humanized automatic production in the ginger slicing processing. It greatly reduces the cost and provides a guarantee of automatic for the ginger processing line. Automatic Ginger Slicing Cutting Machine is the upgrading of the current ginger slice processing industry. This machine capacity is very large, which can meet the high capacity requirements in the factory.

6. Automatic Ginger Slice Dehydrator Plant

Continuous Working Ginger Slice Centrifugal Water Removing Machine is used to remove water for water washing ginger slice. It has a larger width frame, made of full stainless steel, making machine working stable and automatic discharge from the bottom. It adopts a multi-layer feeding mesh belt to transport ginger slice in the dryer machine.  The hot air blow from the top and wet is discharge from the wet discharge port.  It can be used for different vegetables include ginger, garlic, onion, vegetable, etc.
