Automatic Instant Ginger Tea Granule Vibrating Screen Machine is used to screen ginger powder or ginger granule into different sizes, which can meet the high-quality powder or ginger granule size requirement. It is driven by a unbalance motor, which is with variable eccentric weights on both sides of the motor shaft. The screening time and movement of material on the screen surface can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the two eccentric weights.

Working principle of Ginger Powder Size Vibrating Screen
Its vertical motor, which is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the track of rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weight can change the trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
