Customer needs to know what capacity ginger washing peeling machine they need. We provide two type ginger washing peeling machines, ginger rotary drum type washing peeling machine and brush roller type ginger washing peeling machine.

Customer needs to confirm what final cut results need to get such as ginger slice, garlic paste, cube garlic shape, ginger juice. The customer needs to send us a picture and specify the size for checking. then our sales manager can confirm which machine is ok.

Ginger can be made into dehydrated ginger flake, dehydrated ginger granule, garlic powder, ginger paste. Romiter Machinery provides a full line for these products.

1000kg fresh garlic, we can get around 250kg final ginger powder

Generally, we provide the manual book for all our machine, so the customer can learn how to use by the manual book. If a customer needs our company to arrange an engineer to the customer factory for installation instruction and training, we can arrange it. Customers need to bear all the costs include air ticket, accommodation, visa and salary USD100 per day each person.

We provide one year warranty for our machine. During this warranty year, if any parts go wrong, we can provide free parts to change. After one year, we can provide parts for our machine at the lowest cost.

Customer can check manual book first, if can not solve. Customers can take pictures or videos to send us. Our engineer will check and tell the customer how to solve it.
